Michael Collins Morton was born in Warrington, Cheshire, England, and later resided in the Bay Area. He currently lives in Oregon, where he regularly listens to different styles of music, from Bach to Basie to Bernstein to The Beatles. Examples of his writing, including many articles about music of the 1960s and 1970s, can be found here.

David Miller
 has lived in the Bay Area since 1964. He is accomplished as both a cartoonist and a photographer. During the 1970s he photographed performances by many of the most famous musicians from the United Kingdom, at venues in Berkeley, Oakland, and San Francisco, using a Nikkormat 35 mm, SLR (single lens reflex) camera. Items from David Miller's extensive collection of photographs and memorabilia can be seen at David's Rock ScrapbookAn interview with David Miller appears in this article from Albany Patch.

Gary Hodges 
spent part of his childhood in France, and is a longtime resident of the Bay Area. He studied music at the University of California, Berkeley, and has experience as both a musician and a composer, using guitars and keyboards to create musical structures that combine elements of rock, jazz, and classical.

Dan Cuny was born in Chicago and, beginning in 1967, lived in the Bay Area for many years. He now lives in Vancouver, Washington. Throughout the 1970s, he photographed many performances by British musicians at venues in the Bay Area, using a Hanimex Practica camera with a Sears 200mm lens. His photographs appeared in BAMMusician, and Guitar Player, and he served as a staff photographer at Fantasy Records. He has maintained a lifelong interest in cameras and photography, and currently collects and sells photographic items as a hobby.
